Consumer Health Data Privacy

Health tracking is optional. This notice describes the food and calorie information you choose to save, separately from ordinary account and billing information.

Orbit LM is operated by Carlos Caue Ribeiro de Oliveira. Business contact address: Rua Francisco Viana, 191, Super Quadra Morumbi, São Paulo, SP, 05750-220, Brazil. Health-data contact: tblsestudio@gmail.com.

When you enable saved food tracking, Orbit stores the food name, food category, portion in grams, estimated calories and consumption date you enter or select, linked to your account. We use these records to display your food history and calorie charts. These details can reveal health-related information. The calorie calculator’s age, sex, height, weight, activity and goal inputs are calculated in your browser and are not submitted by that calculator to Orbit’s server.

Before saving or loading food history, you are asked to explicitly enable this processing. Account creation and accepting the Terms do not enable it. We record your account ID, the health-notice version, your choice and the time of the choice. You can withdraw in Health settings at any time. Withdrawal stops future food-history collection and access through this feature; it does not automatically erase earlier records.

Orbit’s hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase, process information needed to operate the feature. Food history is restricted to the account that recorded it and is not included in workspace sharing. Orbit does not use these entries for advertising, sell them, or send them to its optional support AI. Support only receives what you type into that separate feature, so avoid putting health information in support messages. We may disclose information if legally required.

You can review and remove individual food entries in Health while enabled. To request a copy, correction or deletion of health information, or help withdrawing a choice, email tblsestudio@gmail.com. We may verify the requester’s identity before providing or erasing account data. Do not email detailed health history with an initial request. Where applicable, you may appeal a refused request using the same contact and seek assistance from your relevant regulator, including the Washington Attorney General.

Saved entries remain until you delete them or request deletion; this feature currently has no automatic inactivity expiry. Withdrawal preserves existing entries until removed, so you can request deletion separately. Deletion from active application records does not necessarily immediately remove provider backups or records that must be retained by law. Hosting may involve processing outside your country. Access controls reduce risk, but no online service guarantees absolute security. This feature is an organizational tool, not medical care or a diagnosis.
