Orbit LM is operated by Carlos Caue Ribeiro de Oliveira, with business contact address Rua Francisco Viana, 191, Super Quadra Morumbi, São Paulo, SP, 05750-220, Brazil. The service provides tools for organizing business and personal information at orbit-lm.com. Service, legal and billing contact: tblsestudio@gmail.com. You must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering an agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Creating an account requires agreement to these Terms; that agreement does not authorize optional health processing, AI assistance or marketing.

Provide accurate account details, protect your password and report suspected unauthorized access. Each person should use their own credentials. Manage shared access carefully: members may see or change permitted workspace records under the access you select. Health history is restricted to its recording account. You are responsible for lawful collection of information you upload about other people and for providing them required notices.

A free account alone does not activate a paid plan. Paid features depend on the selected offer. Review the final price, currency, taxes, interval, access limits and any recurring charge before paying. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Shared-access invitations are a separate paid offer per recipient. Business Customization is a monthly subscription and requires an agreed scope; a listed price alone does not define that scope. Manage or cancel a Hotmart subscription through the purchase account, or contact us if you need help. Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the provider’s confirmation and is separate from deleting an Orbit account.

Read the Refunds & cancellation policy. Orbit’s initial Hotmart purchase guarantee is 15 days, with longer checkout guarantees and mandatory consumer rights preserved. A recurring renewal does not automatically restart the initial guarantee. Signing in or accepting these Terms does not waive an applicable statutory cooling-off right. Rights for unauthorized charges or nonconforming service remain available.

You retain your rights in the records you provide and permit Orbit to host, process and transmit them to supply the features you use. You must have the necessary rights to upload logos, photographs and other content. Do not upload confidential or personal information without authority. Orbit software, branding and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights; this agreement does not transfer their ownership. Report suspected infringement to the contact above with the material’s location and information supporting your claim.

Check recipients, amounts, descriptions, dates and frequency before enabling or using invoice delivery, reminders, recurring billing records or calendar synchronization. Choosing these features authorizes their configured actions. A delivery status is not proof that someone read a message or paid an invoice. Orbit’s invoice and reporting tools do not determine your tax treatment or replace accounting advice. You must comply with rules on commercial email and communications you send using the service.

Market prices, currency conversions, calorie estimates and AI responses can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Orbit records information; it does not execute investment trades and is not a broker, clinician or professional adviser. Health calculations are organizational estimates, not diagnosis or medical advice. Verify important financial, health, legal and tax decisions independently. Google AI assistance is optional and may process the messages you choose to submit as explained before enabling it.

Optional providers have their own terms, availability and permissions. Do not use Orbit for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, infringement, malicious content, unauthorized personal-data collection or access to another person’s workspace. Do not bypass security or plan controls. We may reasonably restrict access to address abuse, nonpayment or security threats, providing notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where appropriate and required by law.

We work to maintain Orbit but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes affecting purchases will be handled with notice and remedies required by law. You can stop using the service, cancel recurring billing and request account deletion separately. Keep copies of important records; available exports may not cover all categories. The Privacy Policy explains retention, optional processing and data requests.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and the mandatory jurisdiction rights available to you; these Terms do not impose a foreign court or forced arbitration.
